TnhIEREAS pursuant to ftesolutinn No. 182 passed by the Village Council on
August 10~ 1953, G. M. Orr Engineering Company has prepared plans and specifications
for the improvement of the following streets by construction of sanitary surer laterals:

Tyndale Avenue - 62nd to 67th Street .
Nicoll et Avenue- 62nd to 6th Street

1. Such plane ~d specifications, a• copy of r~.ich are attached ~areto and made
a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The Village Clerk-shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official

newspaper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the mAks
of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. Tkieadvertisement
shall be published .once, shall specify the ~ ~ rk to be done, shall state that 'bids will
be received until 8st30 P.M. and opened and considered by the counca.l at 8:15 P.M. on
September 9, 1953, in the council chambers o£ the Village Ha11, and that no bids will.- be
considered .unless sealed and filed with the clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit,
cashiers s ~check~ bid bond or certified check payable to the Village of Richfield for
five per cent of the amount of such bid.
