the Village Clerk and kept open to publ3.c inspection.
2. That a public hearing be held on said assessment roll at 7a~
on Monday,- September 2$, 1953, and 'that the clefs be authorS.sed to give
not3.ce of such hearing by two publf.cations in the official newspaper.
