WHEREAS ~ i t has been. determined that it i.s necessary to the public heal the
safetys ~nvenience and general welfare to obtaL n a street crossing of the
I~ixineapolis: Northfield and Southern railroad tracks at 65th Street in the
_ Village of Richfield.
N't~T THEREFORE, BE IT RESO.~V~, by the Vi],.lage Council of the Village of
Richfield' that the Minnesota Railroad and Warehouse Commission be, axed they
hereby are, petitioned to approve a crossing at 65th Street -and M3.nneapalis
Northfield and Southern railroad tracks in the Village of Richfield; and that
a certified copy of this resolution be furnished said pommi.ssion.
Passed this 2l~th day of August 1953.
