That the plans and specifications and addendum thereto are hereby

approved anal adopted by this council and ordered placed on file in the
office of the Village Clerk; and the same are the official plans and
specifications for said i.mproeement in accordance wi th which said imp-
rovet shall be made sub3ect to such change as this council shall from
time to t~3.me deem necessary and advisable.
