~.. That it is hereby determined that the bid of Barnes.~atti~on, Txac.,
1871 W. • Coup ~ Road C, S t.Pau1, M~.nnesota, is the lowest bid by a _
responsible bidder on Village Pro3ect No. 1l~3., construction of curb and
gutter, Village Ha11.
2. That it is hereby determined necessary and expedient to t2~e public
health, comrenienee and general ~ welfare that said project No. ].141. be con-
strueed and same shall be cc~nstruct~d.
3. That ~e bid.of said Barnes~attisori, Inc. for said pro3ect for
the sum of $2,873.00 is hereblr accepted. .
!~. That the proposed Contract No. 183 between the said Barne~.d~attison,
Inc. and the Village of Richfield dated July 10, 1953, for said,Pro~ect No.
],1a1. is hereby approved and adapted, and that fibs mayor and maa~ager are here-
by authorized and directed to execute laid contract on behalf of the Village
of Richfield, and>the Village. Clerk is authorized and directed to affix :
Village seal thereto.
~. That the corporate surety public contractors~~d~n the mount

of $3,000.00 which accompanies said contract and on ,which Federal Insurance
Company of ~Tew Jersey' appears as surety, is hereby accepted and approved.
6. That the Clerk is authorized and directed to retur~c~ the security
documents to the unsuccessful bidders uponthe execution of said contract by
