on storm sewer improvement, Village Project Ito. 1~,3, and has filed the same
wi th this council. and this council has examined and considered such plans,
specifications and cost estimates.

as followst
1. That. the plans, specifications and east estimates on storm sewer
it~provemen is Village Pro3eet No. ].1i.3 a.~ prepared by the Village Engineer
are hereby approved and adopted by dais council and ordered placed on file
3.n the office of the Village Clerk, and the same are the official plans
and specifications for said improvement in accordance with which said
improvement shall b® made sub~eat to such change as this council shall fmm
time to time deem necessary end adv~.sable. _ .
2. That this council will meet on fine ~~th day of August 1953 at
7:00 P.M. at the Village Ha11 for the purpose of receiving and considering
bids for the construction of said improvement in accordance with plans and
specifications.
~. That all bids shall be f31®d with the Village Council not later
than. 8:00 F.M. on said data and that said bids will be opened and considered
at 8:15 P.M. on said date.
~,. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to advertise
for bids on said improvement in the official newspap®r as required by law.
