WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the vicinit~r of Pleasant Avenue
iSo. and 65th Street by the construction of storm sewers and appurtenances
thereto and to assess- the abutting property for all or a portion of the
improee~nt purusant to M.S.A. 1~29.C11 to ~29.~- (Laws 1953, Ch. 398).

That the proposed improvement be referred to the C. M, arr Engineering
Company for staady and that said E~. ~. Orr Engineering Company be instructed
to report to the council with all convenient speed, advising the council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement i.s feasible
and to whether it should best be made as proposed or 3xi connect3.on with
some other improvement and the estimated cost of the 3aEnprovement as
recor~nended.
