RESOLUTS~N N0. 176
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE
PURCHASE OF CERTAIN LANDS ,
BE TT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota, as follows:
1. Tt is hereby determined that the North .]./.0 feet of the South 170 feet
of the West half of Lot Five (5), Richfield Gardens, according to the plat
thereof on file and of record 3n the Office of the Register of weds in and for
' Hennepin County, Minnesota, is needed for public .purposes, to-wit: for street
and utility purposes. ~
2. The offer of the owners of said lot to sell the same to the Village of
Richfield for the sum of $1200.00 is hereby determined to be a fair and reasonable
offer and a f air and proper price to pay for said land, and said offer is hereby
accepted.
3. The Mayor, Finance Officer, Manager and Attorney are hereby authorized
and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to effect the purchase of "
said property for the price herein above set forth.
!~. The purchase price for said property and for the South 175 feet of the
East One-half' of Lot Five (5), Richfield, Gardens, shall be paid from the
Sanitary Sewer construction fund.
