RESOLUTION NO. 175
RESOLIITION AUTHORIZING THE PURCI~ASE
OR CERTAIN LANDS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, NB.nnesota, as follows:
1. It is .hereby determined that the South One Hundred Sevsnty-five feet
of the East one-half of Lot 5, Richfield Gardens, according to t he plat
thereof on file and of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds in and
for Hennepin County, Minnesota ~..~ needed for public purposes, to-wit: for
street and utility purposes.
2. The offer of the owners of said land to sell the same to ~e V311age
of Richfield for the sum of X00.00 is hereby determined to be a fair and
reasonable offer and afgir and proper price to pay for said land, and said
offer is hereby acc~+pted.
3. The Mayor, Finance Officer, Manager, and Attorney are hereby
authorized and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to effect
the purchase of said property for the price hereinabove set forth.
