,,.' BE IT RF~OLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
-as follows:
1. That the Richfield Community Centers Inc. Finance Committee be and
are hereby authorized to collect contributions to the Village of Richfield from
private donors where such: contributions are made for the purpose of financang
constru.cticm of a Richfield Community Center.
2. That such Committee is authorized to pay to the Village Clerk and
the V3.l.lage Clerk is authorized tc receive and accept such con tributions so
collected on behalf of the Village, .from time to tiinie, such `p~.yments to .the
;Vi.llage being made after deduction 'by such committee of .reasonable expenses .
of collect3.ng such con tributirn s. .
~, That such contributions so reae3ved-:shall be .p~seed~ in a separate
"account by the Village Clerk and Treasurer;.. shall be designated and reserved
for the canstructa.on of a public community cenfior building .fig be owned by the
