WHEREAS, the Village Engineer, pursuant to previous resolution of th3:s'
Council passed March 9, 1953, has prepared plans and.. specifications and cost
estimates on Street Grading Improvement (s) and has filed .the same with this
Council and ah~s~.Cotmcil .has. examined and eonsidd. laid plans and specifications
and cost estimates; arid.lias ordered first priartt~rjn these. pro3ects. -
N~T THER~'ORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of --
Richfield as follows `t : -
1. That ths~plans and specifications and cost estimates on Village Projects

hereby approved and adopted by, this Council and ordered placed on file in the off~.ee '-

Improvements in` actcordance with which said Improvements shall be made, subject to such
change as_ thi$ Council shall from time to time deem necessary and advisable. '
