BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield .as follows t Mr
1. That the. Council herewith request the Board of County Comissioners of
Hennepin County for financial assistance in re-constructing street intersections to
provide additional:traffic lanes and thereby facilitate:movement of traffic at
Nicollet Avenue a at 78th Street; Cedar Avenue:, At
t 78th Street; Portland Avenue.
78th 10treet and 24th.Av'enue at 78th Street.
2 That this Council herewith records tentative approval to participation
by. the Village of Richfield in the cost of said impr;vements on a propor'tionate,
basis as shall be detendned at a later date,
3� That 4 copy of this resolution be sent. to the said Board of County
