1. That the Council herewith request the Board of County Commissioners of
Hennepin County for financial assistance in the grading and paving of the
folg section of County road within the Village of Richfield, to. -witi
66th Street from Lyndale Avenue
to Portland Avenue,
2.- That this Council herewith records tentative approval t6 .'partieipation
,s
by -the Village of Richfield in the cost of said improvement to ,the extent of
5b% of ,such cost. ,
30. That a copy of this resolution be sent to the said board of County
Commissioners and to the County Rhgineer of Hennepin County.
