BE IT RESQLVE9~ by the Village Council, .Village of Richfield, that the
rssolu~ion of the Council establishing .position. classifications .and. designating
salary pay ranges for such. classifications for -the. year 1953 in accordance. with ~{
the Personnel Ordinance of this • Village be and is here-by amended as follows :: ' •

` ' ~ and tdlat the salary range .for, laid position classification shall be at range 38. ;'

' , 2., That the positim of Clerk-Typist at Step C. shall be established for the,
. Inspection ~9va,sion at the same. range for-other Clerk Step C Typist' classifications.

3. That a special rate for part t3.me typists shall be set "up at Step B X1,07 .per
hour which will be paid on a striaght hourly rate w3.thout benefit of-'any of the
prov3.sions of the Personnel Ordinance.
