ATnTARDIN G CONTRACT.

BE IT RF~OLVED, by the Village Council of the Vi1l.age of Richfield,
Hennepin County, N.~.nnesota as follows:

1. That it is hereby determined that the •bid of Peter Lametti Construction
Company, a Minnesota corporation, Saint Paul, Minnesota, is the lowest bid by a
responsible bidder on Village Project No. 179, the same being a part of Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. ~ 1.
2. That i t is hereby determined necessary and .expedient to the pub] i.c
health, convenience anal general welfare that said Project No. 1?9 be constructed,
and that the same shall be constructed.
3. That the said bid of Peter Lametti Construction Company, for the
construction of said project on a tulit price basis, according to the unit prices
stated in said bid, totaling ~p7l~3,922.1a1a. on the basis of the estimated quantities
of work to be performed, is hereby accepted.
1~. That the proposed contract between said Peter Lametti Construction Company
and the Village of Richfield, dated 1~1ay 11, 1953, be given clerks File No. C-61I~;
that said proposed contract for the construction of said project No. 179 is hereby
approved and adopted; and that the mayor •and manager arehereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield, and
the Village clerk is authorized and directed to affix the village seal thereto.
5. That pa~.znents` be made under the ferias of said cont~a.ct shall be
charged against the Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1 Construction Fund.
6. That the corporate surety public contractor's bond in the sum of
~71.~.,000.00 which accompanies said contract, and •on which Seaboard Surety Company
appears as surety, is hereby accepted and approved.
7~ That the Clerk ~;s authorized and directed to return the security
documents to the unsuccessful bidders.
