Council of the Village of Richfield' as follows: ~: . . - -. --L...-:. - . 2'hat it is hereby determined to be necessary to acquire the property hereinafter described, for public purposes, i.e.- for 'the widening of 69th. street, said lands being described as follows ° ~: That strip of land 30 feet in width ly3.rig immediately south of the south line of Wooddale Addition and .between. the 'east li.~ie of Lyndale Avenue , - South as the same is now laid out in the; Village .cf Richfield and the West • ` line of Wallace~s Siannyside 2nd addition, according-to the-plats of said ~~ additions on file and of .record 3n the office of the Register of Deeds 3n and •for•HennepinCounty, M3.~nesota.. • TIC ;;= -That the offer of the owner of said land to convey the same to this Village is hereby accepted in accordance with the following understanding and agr~ementt ,~, Upon receipt of a .deed to said land the village agrees to move the vegetable ¢, , ~'et~.nd now located at 69th and Lyndale to a location to be designated by the owner on the same parcel, at village expense. Such moving shall not include the construction of any forms, p~~cs or foundation, but shall include the location of such stand on whatever foundation is provided by the owner at the .new location.
