WHEREAS, Resolution No. 123 passed by the Village Council of the Village
of Richfield on the 23rd `day. of .March -1953 directed .the .preparation of- preliminary
plans and: cost .estimates on Village Projects Nos.-,203.,'205, 207 and,210., and
Whereas, such preliminary` plans and cost estimates had previously been
ordered by the. Village. Council of the Village of . Richfield, and
WHEirAS, it was the intention of the Village Council of the Village of, Ri chfie�, d
to pass a resolution di,rQcting the preparation of construction plans and specification
apl5roving such plans and specifications; and direc,.ting: that. advertisement. for bids
be made, and
WHEREAS, such constrnetian plans and specifications were prepared and. approved,
and advertisement for bids was . made
