That it is hereby determ~.ned that ~hhe following described easement was conveyed to the v3.llage in error, said easement being 10 feet in excess of the amount that is usable by the village for street purposes. 2. That said easement was given without eonsiderat3.on, and that the same is not needed by this village for the purpose for which it was granted. 3, That therefore tdze following described easement be relinquished and reconveyed to the owner of land over which said easement _r~s, to-wit: The Westerly tbn. (10) feet of the East forty (!~0) feet of the following described parcel: The East one-half (~) of the Sou~tk~ 118.9 feet of the North 267.8 feet of the West one-half (Wa) of the Northwest one-quarter (NWT) of the Northeast one-quarter (NEB) of the Southeast one-quarter (SEA) of Section 34, Township 28, Range 2~.. ~..
