Whereas, the Village ~gineer, pursuant to previous resolution
of this Council passed March 23, 1953, has prepared plans and
specifications and cost estimates on Street Oiling Improvement and
has filed the same with this Council and this Cotimcil has examined and
considered said plans and specifications and cost estimates.
Na~T THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVES by the Village Counc:i.l of the Village of °
Richfield as follows:
1. That this Council will meet on the l.lth day. of May, 1953,
at 8 o~clock, P. M~ at the Village Hall in this village for
the purpose of receiving and considering bids for the
construction of said Improvement in accordance with said
plans and specifications.
2. That all bids shall be filed with the Village Clerk not later
than 6:00 P.M. O'clock on said day, and that said bids will
be opened and considered at 8:15PM Otclock on said day.
3.That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
advertise for bids on said improvement in the official
newspaper and in The Cons tru.etion Bu1l.etin as required by law.
Passed by the Village Council the 13th day of April 1953.
