'BE IT RESOLVES by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows;
1. That the preliminary plans and cost estimates for Village, wide
street ailing, prepared pursuant to a previous resolution of this
Council passed on Larch 239 1953 are hereby accepted, approved.and
ordered placed on file in -the office o~ the Village Clerk, given
Clerks s File No. C-5b2 and kept open to public inspe~c•~ton.
2. That said improvem~t shall be made, that part of the total cost thereof
representing benefits received as hereafter determined by the Village Council.
