RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF
PRELIP7INARY PLANS ANDCO,ST ESTIMATES CST
VILLAGE-inTIDE STREET IMPROVEI~TT.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village- Council of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public convenience and general welfare that the following improvement be
undertaken: A general program of street and alley surfacing of all vil7~a.ge-
owned streets, consisting of oiling and bituminous s-tablized sub-grade and
seal coating.
2. That the Village ~gineer be and is hereby auth®rized and directed
to prepare preliminary plans and estimates of cost for such improvement, and
that such plans and cost estimates be submitted .to this Council bar the Village
Engineer at his earliest convenience.
