1953-127r RES®LUTI ~T N0. 127 RESfDLUTION RESTING TO DISPOSI'~tON OF PROCEEDS ~E X1,100,000.00 Bond Sale. WHEREAS, the Village of Richfield has sold sanitary suer improvement No. 1 bonds in the amount of $1,100,000.00, and WHEREAS, the proceeds of said bond sale plus accrued interest will be delivered to -the Village of Richfield on Tuesday, April 7, 1953, and WHEREAS, said payments have already been authorized for a portion of these monies, and ~iEREAS, it is expedient and in the best interests of the public that any unobligatsd p©rtion be invested _ NOW,THEREE'®RE, The Council of the Village of Richfield do resolve that; 1. $800,000.00 shall be invested in ninety day treasury bills at current interest rate. 2. ~~218,~.00.00 shall be paid to the Treasurer of the City of N$.nneapolis as payment in full for 56~ of the es•ti~~sd construc#a.on cost of the joint sanitary sewer as per 1e tter of ,February 2, 1953. 3. $2.,990.31 shall be paid into the Sanitary Sewer Account of the general fund for expenditures previously incurred by that account. !~. The balance shall be deposited i.n the general account of the .Village of Richfield to the credit of the Sanitary Sewer Fund. Passed by the Village Council this 6th day of April, 1953.
