RESOLUTT~T ACCEPTING AND APPRIAVING PRELIMINARY PLANS
AND CC~T ESTIMATES QN VP 203, 205, 207 and 210;

BE IT RESf9LVED by the Village Councilof the Village of Richfield as follows:
1. That the preliminary plans and cost estimates for Bituminous
Surfacing- VP Nos. 203, 205, 207 and 210, prepared pursuant to a previous
resolution of this Council passed on March 23, 1953 are hereby ~accppted,
approved and ordalred placed on file in the office of the Vi1la.ge Clerk,
and kept open to public inspection.
2. That said improvements shall hereafter be known. as VP 203,
205, 207 and 210 Improvements.
- ~ 3. That in case said improvements shall be mare, that part of the
total cost thereof representing benefits received as hereafter determined
by the Village Council will be assessed against every assessable lot, piece,
or parcel of land within the Village of Richfield based upon the benefits
received.
1~. That at 8:00 P. M, in the Village of Richfield on the 27th
day of April 1953, the Village 'Council will meet and hold a public hearing
on said proposed improvements; and that the Village Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to publish notice of said hearing as required by law.
Passed by the Village Council the 23rd day of March 1953.
