BE IT RESOLVEY3 by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public convenience and general welfare that the following improvements be undertaken:
Grading and acquisition of all necessary right~of-way ian the following
streets:

20th Avenue South Diagonal Boulevard to 67 t.td1 St.
67th Street East 20th Avenue S. to 21st A.genue
21st Ave.South 67t~ Sheet to 66th Street

2. That the Village Eazgineer be and is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare preliminary plans and esti.matss of cost for such improvements.
3. that said improvement shall hereafter be identified and referred ~ by
reference to the pro3ect listed in paragraph 1 hereof.
4. that in case said improvementshal.]. be made that part of the total cost
thereof representing, benefits received as hereafter determined by fihe Village Council
will be assessed against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land within the
Village of Richfield based upon the benefits received.
5. That in the Village Hall in the Village of Ri chfield on the 13th day of
April, 1953, the Village Council will meet and hold a public hearing on said
proposed improvement and that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed
to publish not3.ce of said hearing as required by law.
