~ VILLAGE PR~J'~CT N®. 211.
BE I T RESaL`VED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows:
1. That the preliminary plans and cost estimates for grading and
acquisition of all necessary right-of way prepared pursuant to a previous
resolution of this Council passed on March 9, 1953 are hereby accepted,
approved and ordered~~~placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk,
given Clerks s File No. C-x.93 and kept open to public inspection. '
2. That said improvements hhall hereafter be ~nowm as Str®et
Improvement Project No. 211.
3. That in case said improvement shall be made, that part of the
cost thereof representing benefits received as hereafter determined by
the Village Council will be assessed against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land benefitted -hereby.
4. That at the Village Hall in the. Village of Richfield on the- 13th
day of April, 1953, the Village Council will meet and hold a public hearing
on said proposed improvements and that the Village Clerk is hereby
authorized and diredted to publish notice of said hearing as r®qui.red by
law.
