1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public convenience and general welfare that the following
imp~ovemen is be undertaken s
Grading and gcquisition of all necessary right-of-way on
b9th Street from, one-half block Nest of Harriet Avenue to
Lyndale Avenue.
2. That~the Village ~.gineer be and is hereby authoz3zed and directed
to prepare preliminary plans and estimates of the cost for such
improvements and that such p~.ans and cost estimates be submitted to
• this Council by the Village Engineer at Yiis earliestconvenience.
