RESQLUTI~T .AUTHORI-ZING EXECUTION OF EASEMIlVT
AGREEM~3iT T W.[ TH METR~DPOLTTAN AIRPORTS CGMMISBIOitT .
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village 0ouncil of the Village of Richfield,
Hennepin County, Minnesota as follows
1. That the proposed agreement between the N~i.nneapolis-Saint Paul
Metropolitan Airports Commission and the Village of Richfield
be given clerk's file N'o. C..~.90 , and be placed on file.
2. That said proposed agreement is hereby approved, and it is hereby
detex7nined to be necessary and expedient ~to the public health,
convenience and general w®lfare of the residents and taxpayers of the
Village of Richfield that said agreement be entered into by the Village
of Richfield.
3. That the Mayor and Manager are hereby authorized and directed to- enter
into said agreement for and on behalf of the Village of Richfield by
the execution of copies thereof.
!~. That the Village Manager, Village F~gineer said other officers and
employees of the Village of Richfield are hereby authos~.zed and directed
to take such steps as may be necessary to compliance withsaid agreement
on the part of the Village of Richfield.
