BE TT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield,
Minnesota, that the bid of J. N!. Dain and Company and Associate. to purchase •~
X1,100,000 Sewer Tmprovement.Bonds bearing interest at the rate of 3 3/laths
percent for maturities 1955 through 1963, both inclusive; 3.90 percent for
maturities 19bl~ through 1968., both inclusive; and• }~ percent for maturities
1969 through 1973; both inclusive and t~o pay therefor X1100 premium i:s hereby ~
fouxicll determined: and declared to be a fair and reasonable bid and is hereby
accepted; and that the mayor and manager are authorized to execute a written °
acceptance of said bid forthwith. i
