RESflLUTTON CHEiNGING THE DATE OF SALE
OF X1,100,000.00 SEWER IMPROVEMENT
BONDS.
WHEREAS, the Village Council has previously authorized the sale of
~1s100,000.00 general obligation -sewer improvement bonds on 1~Ionday, February 23, 1953
and
WHEREAS, it is to the best interests of the Village of Richfield to postpone
this bond sale for one week
. NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows: .
That the sale of X1,100,000.00 general obligation sewer improvement bonds set
for sale on Monday, February 23, 1953, be, and the same hereby is, postponed for
one week and such sale shall be held at 8100 P.M. on Monday, March 2, 1953 ~ the
council chambers of the village hall; and Glerk is authorized and directed to
take such steps as may be necessary. - ~ _
