RESOLUTION N0. 102
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
convenience and general welfare that the following improvements be undertaken:
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows

PRDLIMINARY PLANS AND COST ESTIMATES FOR
STREET SURFACING
Bituminous surfacing of the following street:

205 61~th Street Nicollet :Ave. So. to Portland Ave. So.
207 63rd Street Penn Ave. So. to Lyndale Ave. So.
208 66th Street Humboldt Ave. So. to 11th Ave. So.
2. That the Village Engineer be and is herby authorized and directed to prepare
preliminary plans and estimates of cost for such improvements and that such plans and
cost estimates be submitted to this Council by the Village Engineer at his earliest
convenience.
3. That said improvements shall hereafter be identified and referred to by
reference to the project number listed in paragraph 1 hereof.
