RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AND APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS AND
COST ESTIMATES ON VILLAGE PROJECT NOS.- 155, 159, 160, 161,
176, 177, 186, 187, 3.88, 189, 190, 191, 192, 193, 19~., 195,
196, 197,. 198, 199, 201, 202, 20~., 206, and 209. ORDERING
THE FILING THEREOF: DESIGNATING THE SAMEs AND ORDERING A
HEARING THEREON.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of.Richfield as
Follows=
1. That the preliminary plans and cost estimates for grading and ,acgiaisit~,on
of all necessary right of way prepared pursuant to a previous resolution of this
Council passed on February 9th, 1953, are hereby accepted, approved and ordered
placed on file in the office of the Village Clerk, given Clerks File No. C-135
and kept open to public inspection. .
2. That said improvements shall hereafter be known as Street Improvement
Pro3ects Nos. 155, 159, 160, 161, 17b, 177, 186 187, 188, 189, 190, 191, 192,
193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 201, 20~, 20~, 206, and 209.
3. That in case said improvements shall be made, that part of the total
cost thereof representing benefits received as hereafter determined by the
Village Council will be assessed against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel
of land with the Village of Richfield based upon the benefits received.
I~. That at the Village Hall in the Village of Richfield on the 9th day
of March, 1953, the pillage Council will meet and hold a public hearing on said
proposed improvements and that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to publish notice of said hearing as required by law.
Passed by the Village Council the 9th day of February, 1953.
