RESOLUTION .AUTHORIZING E%PENDITURE
TO OBTAIN CHANGE IN BOND RATING
WHEREAS, this Council has previously authorized the Mayor, Fred C. Reller,
to accompany T. G. Evensen, financial consultant, and a representative of the
School Board of Independent 5choo~. District No. 12 to New York in. an effort to
obtain a better rating for municipal bonds sold by this village.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED; by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows s
1. That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the public
health, convenience, prosperity and general welfare of this Village and its
residents and taxpayers, that said Mayor make said trip.
2. That the village reimburse said Mayor for his expenses necessarily
incurred in making said trip, the amount of which reimbursement shall be 'determined
upon presentation to this Council of a verified account showing the amount so
incurred by him.
3. That the said expenses~__whex~ audited, allowed and'paid by the village,
shall be charged against the sanitary sewer appropriation of the general fund,
inasmuch as said fund consists of general revenues of the village.
