AND AIITFiORIZING CERTAIN INTERFUND TRANSFERS • i BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield as follows: • "" 1. That there is hereby created a special fund to be designated as "Improvement No. 31,.4 Construction Funds . . z. That the ~eost of constructing improvement No. 3.39 shall` ;be paid • from said fund. • 3. That upon completion of th® construction of_eaid Improvement No. `.144 and after tk~® 3.ssusnce of imps©~~ment bonds to finance said construction, arty balance then remaining in said fund- shall be transferred to the debt ' redemption fund for such bond iestge,_ exc®pt as hereinafter provided.
