1953-95r_. ® a~ RESOLUTION N0. 95 A RESOLUTION CREATING A CONSTRUCTION FUND FOR. VILLAGE IMPROVEMENT N0. 139. AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN INTERFUND TRANSFERS. BE IT-REB©LVEB, T~ the Village Council of .the Vil].agre of Richfield as .follows 1. That there is hereby created a special fund to be designated as "Improvement No. 139 Construction Fund", 2. That the cost of constructing Improvement No. 139 shall be paid from said fund. 3. That upon completion of the construction of said Improvement No. 139 and after the issuance of improvement bonds to finance said construe- . tion any balance then remaining in said fund shall be transferred to the debt redemption fund for such bond issue, except as hereinafter provided, !~. That in the event that all or part of the cost of construction of said Improvement No. 1.39 has been paid is now payable, or hereafter becomes payable before improvement bonds are issued to finance said im- provement, such costs may be advanced and paid out of the Liquor Fund, and upon completion of such financing the amount paid out of said fund shall be returned to said Liquor Fund. 5. That in order to advance monies necessary to comply with para- graph 4 hereof there is hereby transferred from said Liquor Fund to said nImprovement No. 139 Construction Fund" the sum of X10,000.00.
