RESOLUTION N0. 90
A RESOLUTION RELATING TO~PAYROLL PROCEEDURES
BE TT RESOLVED, by the Village Council. of the Village of
• Richfield:
1. That the payroll proceedure recommended by the
~'ublic Exam_iner~s Office be instituted.
2. That the Mayor, NLanager,,and Finance Officer
be authorized to issue a single check semi-monthly
for an amount equal to the semi-monthly Vil.l~ge payroll,
payable to the Village Finance Officer, for deposit in
a payroll account at the Village depository:•
3. That the Finan oe Officer thereafter be authorized
to issue payroll checks on said account bearing only his
signature, for ~.1 wages or salaries included in the said
semi-monthly payroll.
4. That an itemized payroll report be presented to
the council for review semi-monthly prior to the issuance
of such semi-monthly payroll check by the A4ayor, Manager,
and Finance Officer.
Adopted by the. Village Council this 29th day of
December, 1952.
