+'RESOLUTION AUTHORI ZING THE AMENDING OF THE
G. M. ORR ENGINEERING COMPANY CONTRACT WITH
THE VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD DATED APRIL 25TH, 1952"
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the amendment to the contract of the G. M. Orr
Engineering Company and the Village of Richfield dated
April 25th, 1952 be placed on file and g3.ven Clerkts file
No. C-320.
2. That is determined to be in the public health, convenience,
safety and general welfare that said amendment to said contracts
be executed by the Village of Richfield. e
3. That the Village Manager, Mayor and Clerk be authorized
to execute said contract and copies thereof by and on behalf
of the Village.
Adopted by the Village Council this 22nd day
