RESOLUTION ORDERING CERTA2IV FISCAL SERVICES.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
That 'the V31.lage Manager, acting on behalf of the
Village of Richfield is hereby authorised to request in
writing that T. G. Evensen and Associates, Inc. perform
the services designed as Part II of that certain
agreement between said corporation and-the Village of
Richfield dated. October 27, 1952.
That the said services .shall be performed ao as
to provide for the sale of bonds in two separate issues,
with thy. first issue to be sold yaithin 30 days of the
receipt of bids for the interceptor sewers to be
constructed for the 3oint use of Edina and Richfield,
and appurtenances to said interceptor sewers.
Adopted by the Village Council this 22nd Day of
December, 1952.
