RESOLUTION N0. 83
RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE ACQUISITION OF
CERTAIN STREETS AND EASEMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Village Council of the Village of
Richfield as follows:
1. That the Village Manager, Engineer and Attorney are hereby
authorised and directed to proceed to acquire full streets
wherever interceptor sewer lines are proposed to be laid in the
making of Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 1.
2. That said persons 'may accept deeds for said streets or
portions thereof upon the conditign and with the understanding
that the Village of Richfield will put said streets to grade at
village expense and without the assessment of any engineering,
legal, or other acquisition cost of said land against the abutting
property of the ow~r deeding the same to the village.

3, That where such Lands or any part thereof are not deedeel
to the Village, said persons are authorized to proceed with
preliminary surveys, plans and cost estimates for street improve-
ment projects; preliminary steps for the condemnation of such lands;
and such other steps as may be necessary for the acquiring of said
lands and the grading of said streets as public improvement projects
in such manner that the cost thereof may be assessed against the
property benefitted by the acquisition and construction of said
streets or portions thereof. `
