Be It Resolved by the 'Village Cotancil of the village of
Richfield as foilowss e
1. That the proposed contract between the Village•of
Richfield and the village of Edina entitled "Agreement Between
The V3Llages Of Richfield and Edina For Joint Construction And
For Use and Maintenance Of Certain Sanitary Sewer Facilitiesp
be given and marked Clerks File No. C 3l0 ; be placed on file
3n the office of the village Clerk andand b~e madmade apart of this
resolution by specific reference. ~ a
2. That it is determined to be necessary and expedient
to the public health~~convenience and general welfare that such
contract be entered into by the village of Richfield.
3. That s~,d contract is hereby approved and accepted
and the Mayor and village Manager are hereby authorized and
directed to execute said contract or copies thereof by and on
behalf of the village of Richfield, and the village Clerk is
authorized to affix the village Seal thereto.
