RESOLUTION, NO. 80
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SIGNING OF VILLAGE CHECKS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF RICHFIELD AS FOLLOWS s
That the Richfield State Bank, Richfield, Minnesota having
been designated as the depository of -the funds of this Village,
checks of this Village drawn on the Richfield State Banks and orders
for transfer or withdrawal of the. funds of this Village on deposit in
said bank, in whatever form, shall be signed by the following officers:
Fred C. Reller ------ Maygr
Leroy Trafton ------ Village Manager
Paul H. Haugen ------ Treasurer
That the said Richfield State Bank, Richfield, Minnesota,. is
hereby authorized and directed to honor and pay any checks drawn as
above set forth whether such eh®eks be payable to the order of any
officer signing or countersigning said checks, or any of said officers
in their individual capacities or not, and whether such checks are
deposited to the individual credit of the officer signing or
countersigning said checks or to the individual credit_of any of the
other officers or not.
