~ WHEREAS a Public Examiner has completed •the field work for the ':,f
~, audit of-the Village of Richfield books for the calendar year 1951 and has ti
submitted a report recommending certain transfers as a result of certain- ,~,,
~; ~ charg8s to a particular fund which should :have been-made to another funds and ^`
