That pursuant to a recommendation of the office of Public Examiner and in order to further safeguard the inves~aent of purchasers of bonds is- sued by this vi].1-age, the Village 1"tanager and Village Finance Officer are hereby authorized •and directed to separate receipts and expenditures for public improvement construction purposes from receipts and expenditures for debt re- demption purposes as to each of the following improvements funds: 1. Storm Sewer his trict ~1 2. Combined Storm Sewer Districts ~2 and #3 3. 1950 Improvement Fund (Including Storm Sewer Districts A, E, Q, D, D3, J, Street Improvement 1-A, and Mud Lake Drainage Area) !~. Storm Sewer ~.s tric t F 5. Combined Storm Sewer Districts Cl, Dl, and 0 2. That in so doing, the ©illage i"tanager au. d Village Finance Officer are hereby authorized and directed to carry all moneys heretofore or hereafter re- ceived from special assessments and tax levies for bond redeption on the village books as debt redeption items, and to carry these and other debt re- demption ite~is ..as sinking: funds within the deb-~..redemptaon fund group of village aceounts~. 3, That upon completion of the said separation of receipts and dis- bursements between cbbt redeption and construction functions, the Village Manager shall present a summary of such action as to each of said improve- ments to the Village Council for final approval. .
