RESOLU~t(~T ACCEP'I2N G PRELIP~INARY PLANS FOR
SANITARY SE6JER INTERCEPTOR SYS~+l, AND CALLING
PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
BE I T RESOLVEaI by the Village Council of the Village of Rich-

field as follows
1. That the prelurlinary plot plan and cost estimates for an inter-
ceptor sanitary sewer system for the Village of Richfield, prepared pur-
suant to previous order of this council are hereby accepted and ordered
placed on file in the office of the Village Clerks given Clerk's £ile
No. C -~ yg ,and kept open to public inspection.
2. That said improvement shall hereafter be knor~. as Sanitary
Sewer Improvement No. 1.
3. That. in case said improvement or any part thereof shall be
made, a part of the total cost thereof representing benefits received
as hereafter determined by tie Village Council, x.11 be assessed agains t
every assessable lot, piece; or parcel of land within the Village of
Richfield, based upon the benefits received. _
~.. That the Village Council will meet and hold public hearings on
said proposed improvement on November 13, 1952 a t 8:00 o'clock P.M.
at East Richfield School; on November 7.l~, 1952 at 8:00 0' clock P.M. at
Woodlake School; and on November 17, 1952, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. at
Lincoln Hills Schools all 3n the Village of ..Richfield.
5. That the Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to
publish notice of said hearings as required by law.
