1952-62r~o RFSOLUTLON N0. 62 A RFSQ~LUTI~T CONFIRNlIN G THE REVISED ASSFSSNI~T T FOR STORM SEf~ER nF n BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield, .. Hennepin County, Mixmesota, as follows s 1. That the Vila ge Council has, with the assistance of the engineers, heretofore selected by this Council for such purpose, calculated the proper amounts to be specially affixed for the construction of Storm Sewer F of this Village against every assessable lot, piece, or parcel of land in accord- once with law and the proposed assessment kno~m as a revised assessment roll for Storm Sewer District ~'' was filed with the Village Clerk more than thirty days prior to the assessment hearing and was open to publ3.c inspection at all times during such period. 2. ~.at notice has been duly prepared and a public hearing heretofore duly held as required by law. 3. That an opportunity has been given to a71 interested persons to pre- sent their ob3ections, if any, to such proposed assessment as revised, or to any item thereof, at said public hearing. ~.. That the Village Council has found and determined anal hereby declares that each and every lot, piece or parcel of land included in said Storm Sewer F that were improved by reason of the construction of Storm Sewer F., has been and is special' benefi#sd in the amount set opposite each such lot, piece or parcel of land in the proposed revised assessment roll. 5. That the proposed revised assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed and the sums fixedand named in said proposed revised assessment for each of said lofts, pieces or parcels of land respectively and said amount so set out is herd levied against each of the respective lots, pieces or parcels of land therein describ~;d. 6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certa.fied to by the Village Clerk anzd shall be filed in his office and shall thereupon be and constitute the special assessment for 5tor~n Sewer F. 7. That the amounts assessed against each lot, piece or parcel of land y shall bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at the rate of five per cent (5~) per annum. 8. ~iiat such assessments shall be payable in twenty (20) equal annnual installments.
