A RESOLUTI~T RELATIVE TO DRAINAGE Ok' S~RM SE6JERS AND
SURFACE' WATERS IN ~ CERTAIN LAKE BEUIS, AND REQUES TIN G
DETERMINATION QF WATER LEVELS FOR SAME
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Richfield
as follows
1. That tine Mayor and }tanager be authorized and directed to make appli-
cation on behalf of the Village of Richfield for percaission to dra9n storm
sewers and surface waters into and upon such lands as may belong to the Stats
of Minnesota, in the following named lake beds:
Wood Lake in Sections- 28 and 33 of Township 28, Range 21~
• Grass Lake in Sections 27 and 28 of 7bwnship . 28, Range. 21~
Mud Lake in Section 26, Township 28, Range 21a.
Duck Lake in Section 25, Township 28, Range 21~
Moth®rs Lake in S®ct~.on o25 and 26, Township 28, Range 2~.
2. That the iKayor and Manager be fur~.er authorized and directed to
petition the Commissioner of Conservation on behalf of the Village of Rich-
field, for a determination of the ordinary high and low water levels in each
of said lakes. ~~-
