RF50LUTIO~N CALLING
A VILLA( PRIMARY ELECTION
BE IT RESGLVED by the Village Council. of the Village of Richfield as
follows:
1. 'Il9aiat a village primary election be held in this village
on November 18, 1952, for fihe purpose of nominating two candidates
for each elective village office having a term commencing on Jana-
ary 1, 1953.
2. That the polling places for said election shall be the
regular polling places for elections in the Vil~.age of Richfield,
and that the polls shall be and remain open from 7:00 A.M. to
8:00 P.M. on said date.
3. 4hat in the event that no more than two candidates shall
file for any such office, such candidates shall be automatically
nominated, and their names and such office shall not appear on
the village primary ballot9 and that in the event that all candi-
dates for all offices are autr~matically nominated, no such primary
election shall be held.
4. That the village manager and clerk are authorized and
directed to take and and all steps necessary for the holding of
such election.
