BE' IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
field as follows:
1. 'That it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to
the public ¢onvenience and general welfare that the follovai.ng improvement
be undertaken:
Grading 5th Avenue from 68th Street to 69Th St'r'eet.

2. That the Village ~a.gdneer be and is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare preliminary plans and cost estama.tes for -such improvement, and that
such plans and cost estimates be submitted to this Council by the Village Engi-
neer at his earliest convenience.
