BE IT RES®LVED by the Village Council of the Village of Rich-
field as follows:
1. Shat it is hereby determined to be necessary and expedient to the
public convenience and general welfare that the ftallowing improvement be .: ~.
undertakers
Grading Xerxes Avenue from 69th Street to 70th Street.
2. That the Village ~.gineer be and is hereby authorized and directed
to prepare preliminary plans and estimates of cost for such improvement, and
that such plans and cost estimates be submitted to this Council by the Vil-
lage Engineer at his earliest convenience.
