A. That pursuant to the recommendations of the Village Engineer, the
- stregts.in E7-iason Addition be accepted for the Vi7.7.age and that such
streets shall be perpetually maintained by the Village and that J. B.
E7a.ason, Developer, be released from the terms of Contract No. 135.
B. That Surety Bond No. 558750 issued by Talestern Surety Company,
. dated April 7, 1951, be released and returned to E. B. Eliason! Developer.
