A. That pursuant to the. recom¢nendations of the Village. Engineer,
the streets in A~,e's Addition be accepted for the Village -and that such
streets shall be perpetually maintained by the Village and that Carl J.
Anne, Developer, be released from fihe berms of letter dated Octaber 30, 1951.
B. Zhat Certified Check No. 521 issued by Lake Street Office- of ..
- Northwestzrn National Bank, dated October 30, 1951, be released and re-
turned to Carl J. Aurae, Developer.
